Being impressed with the quality of Martin’s work at a friend of ours house, we engaged Martin for substantial stone-work to a large rear patio (20m x 5m), steps, pathways and front patio, laying a large area of decking, replacement front drive and a fair amount of retaining wall work in new pine sleepers. Martin's and Lou's advice prior to the work was invaluable and prompted many innovative ideas that we eventually agreed on. This resulted in us acquiring a warm confidence in their ability right from the start. What also came across straight away was the pride that Martin has in his work and the importance that he places on the customer experience. He stopped what he was doing at that time and took his trailer to the supplier and picked up the sand I needed. That is real customer service.
