Just to demonstrate Martin's customer service, after he had finished the construction of my foundations, I needed building sand to match the colour of the sand he had used. His supplier wouldn't deliver to me unless I opened an account. So I mentioned this to Martin. He stopped what he was doing at that time and took his trailer to the supplier and picked up the sand I needed. That is real customer service.
